PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

CHARITY ORGANIZATION "HELP UKRAINE TODAY" CHARITY FUND, which is registered and operates in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter - "HELP UKRAINE TODAY" CHARITY FUND) undertakes to protect the personal data of all persons who have visited this site (hereinafter - "Site"), in connection with which it seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be identified), thereby creating and providing the most comfortable conditions for using the Site for every user. This Policy on confidentiality and protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes the procedure for the processing of personal data by the CHARITY FUND "HELP UKRAINE TODAY", the types of personal data that are collected, the purposes of using such personal data, the Foundation's interaction with third parties, security measures for the protection of personal data, the terms of access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user to obtain access, make changes, block or delete his personal data and address any questions that the user may have regarding the practice of personal data protection.
Collection and use of personal data
 When the user uses the Fund's website, the user's data is processed, namely:
 - cookie files;
 - IP addresses;
 - parameters and settings of Internet browsers (User-agent).
When visiting the Site, all entries to the system are recorded. Other information about user traffic is not processed or stored. In any case where optional information is requested, the user will be notified at the time such information is collected. The Fund does not collect personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership in professional unions, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of unique identification of a natural person, health data or sex life data of a physical person or his sexual orientation.  The user's personal data is used to ensure the provision of Internet services of the Site, exchange of information/news, relations in the field of advertising and communication.
 Period of storage of personal data
